1.DesignKit Credits is a virtual currency designed to allow users to access the functions and services of DesignKit.
2.You can get Credits through top-ups, subscriptions, or DesignKit-granted rewards.
3.Credits can be used on functions and services such as AI Design, AI Product Image, AI Model, and Flatlay.
Ⅱ. Types, acquisition, and validity period

All top-up transactions are non-refundable, and credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. Before topping up, please carefully choose the correct payment method for purchasing.
Ⅲ. Credits and membership
1.Credits will be sent to your account each month through the active membership period.
2.Both members and non-members can purchase credits and use them in the same ways.
3.Credits are used to access DesignKit features. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or used to redeem memberships.
Ⅳ. What can credits be used for?
Credits can be used to access all DesignKit products and services that support credit use.
Ⅴ. Validity and credit usage order
1.The validity period for credits purchased through top-ups is based on the information displayed at the time of purchase.
2.The validity period for credits obtained through subscriptions follows the information shown on the subscription page.
3.Credits are used in order of expiration, with those closest to expiration being used first.
Ⅵ. Usage and limitation
1.Credits cannot be refunded due to dissatisfaction with the generated results.
2.If an error occurs during image generation after a successful credit deduction or payment, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account. You may then try generating the image again.
3.Credits under a same account can be used across all DesignKit platforms.
Ⅶ. Refund terms
Credits are digital products that are purchased in advance and then exchanged for services. Once a purchase is completed, it’s considered accepted. Credits are usually non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if you don’t redeem or use them, unless special circumstances apply.
Ⅷ. What if credits are not credited after recharging?
There could be several reasons:
1. If it’s network delay, please wait a moment, and your credits should appear and be ready to use.
2. Try refreshing the page to check if your credit balance will be updated.
3. Log out of your account and then log back in to see if the credits are available. If the issue persists, please contact us. Once the problem is confirmed, we will reissue the corresponding amount of credits to your account.

Credits are a virtual currency and will expire, so please remember to use them within their valid period.
If your membership expires or a promotion ends, credits will no longer be issued.
